We spent a few hours at the Yuma County Fair this year, although it only takes about 10 minutes to see everything! Once you've been to the San Diego County Fair, this one is pretty pathetic....but hey, it's Yuma! We enjoyed a few shows- the sea lion adventure, a country band from Texas called the Doo-Wah Riders, and music entertainment by the Procrastinators; we viewed the art exhibits and were very impressed by the student displays, visited with all the animals, cooled off on the ferris wheel, and feasted on the yummy Indian fry bread and Navajo tacos they are so famous for here!
